I have been doing alot of research and made a rather surprising realization. We have been in an age where indie devolopers make games for one another for free, giving people a chance to sponser themselves. But what if companies like Microsoft are attempting to make devolopment more difficult for people becuase they see indie game devolopers a threat to their company?
After reading this article about what Microsoft pretty much has in plans for Minecraft it made it clear to me what they might be trying to do. I feel this is wrong becuase the internet and indie devolopment or supposed to be open to everyone to use. By starting with moving Minecrafts graphical engine, they prettty much made all the mods that was supported in the game (made by people for people) are null and void. I had a feeling in my gut they would try something like this but gradually. and now it's happening.
So how does this effect other indie games or devolopers supporting themselves? You have to understand Minecraft is the biggest open source game that is running on multiple platforms (including Console) and devolopers make their own mods on it all the time. Before Micrsoft bought the rights to Minecraft, it was open for everyone on multiple computers to do what they wish with it.
After Microsoft Bought the rights this continued to be the case and even added more and more features. It seemed to be a good move at first. But now signs show they want even more control over it. It could be to make things simplier for new features such as the Hololens, But most likely this is not the case. In truth, they are hoping we are stupid enough to take this crap. Well I'm going to spread this around as much as I can and hope it catches on.
If people are accepting the changes they are making to this game by keeping individiual devolopers out, then who knows what will happen next. They could be targeting all young devolpers that ARENT working for them!

Still I am proud of them and plan on improving them hopefully with some suggestions and feedback. I hope I'll meet a few fans like myself here and wish to learn from other deviants. I hope you enjoy my drawings and can't wait to hear back from you|
